Tasks / Responsibilities
• Hourly safety rounds during night shift
• Guest greetings, check in / check out
• Manages, handles, and responds to incoming calls
• Handle guest complaints, special requests professionally and inform supervisor
• Verify all people (guests and crew) on board at departures
• Book guest checks, perform daily closings, enter guest, and crew information at embarkation
• Participate in all safety drills and crew loadings
• Perform other duties as instructed by the supervisor, e.g. luggage service, loading, and garbage
off-loading
• Assist with monthly inventories as per supervisor’s instructions
• Assist other departments as per supervisor’s instructions

Requirements
• A completed apprenticeship or specialized training in hospitality is required
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a comparable position
• Familiar with a multicultural working environment
• Familiar with travelling in Europe independently
• Able to work independently night shifts
• Good English and strong basic or good German skills are required
• Strong computer skills (MS Office)
• Previous hotel program experience (Fidelio, Resco) is advantage
