Tasks / Responsibilities
• Consistently delivering professional massage and body treatments, following spa protocols and
accepted certification standards
• Effectively educating guests about specific wellness concerns
• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all services and products offered
• Adhering to spa policies and procedures regarding sanitation and sterilization standards
• Performing preparatory work and ensuring proper cleaning of spa areas
• Addressing guests' inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Fostering a positive attitude and contributing to a high-quality work environment
• Engaging in daily laundry tasks, which include folding towels, bed sheets, bathrobes, and
operating the mangle
• Engaging in cleaning rooms and assisting as stateroom attendant, if required

Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable role
• Proficiency in spoken English or German is essential
• Previous experience working in upscale establishments is preferred
• Familiar with a multicultural working environment
• Familiar with travelling in Europe independently
