Tasks / Responsibilities
• Keep hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation
• Responsible for cleanliness and organizing the assigned stores/s
• Taking part of crew and kitchen loading
• Compliance with HACCP requirements and labelling
• Participate in all safety drills
• Perform other duties as instructed by the supervisor, e.g., luggage service, loading, and garbage
off-loading
• Assist other departments as per supervisor’s instructions
• Ensures that garbage segregation
• Ensure that the galley crew and restaurant team have all the equipment clean and ready for
use when it is needed
• Manage the utility area, following HACCP cleanliness and hygiene procedures
• Assist with mise en place duties, like vegetables cutting
Requirements
• Any professional experience in a comparable position is advantage
• At least basic knowledge about HACCP standards
• Minimum strong basic English language skills
